MARCH CHOICE RESULTS: MERCY
Based on the results of everyone’s last Choice, Princess Andalina has been Protected. Are you proud of how you’ve chosen to spare a conqueror? Or were you motivated by hopes that maybe one day she could become more than a sum of her mistakes? Regardless, the revenge plot against her has been silenced.
Though a turn of fate follows after this choice.
For the month of April, all characters will be given a new piece of jewelry. This jewel holds a gem that will be a reflection of their soul. When they are happy, it gleams, when they are upset, it grows stormy. Do be careful with it though - any harm that comes to it will be reflected on the owner. Fractures or chips will result in wounds that won’t close unless seen to by a Mender or Crafter. It’s a bit of an intimate experience though, as touching the jewelry piece will let you know someone’s emotions as well as your own.
Glitches also seem to affect these gems, which means that every now and then they will blip right out of existence–and into someone else’s hands. Will they be as kind with you as they were Andalina? How do you feel, having the whole of your soul entrusted to someone else?
LIMITED EVENT REWARDS:
Characters who chose to Protect Andalina: Congratulations! Your reward for your choice is One Crown Keychain that allows you to utter one command to someone else that cannot be disobeyed.
Characters who chose to Kill Andalina: Congratulations! Your reward for your choice is One Dagger Keychain that allows you to take someone else's "resources" - whether that be their money, items, or an intangible skill that they possess. You will be able to take that skill for 48 hours.
Both of these rewards will be activated if rubbed three times. Accidental activation is OOCly allowed and welcomed, especially if it's funny.

ON & OFF WORLD: BRING THE THUNDER
Well, you know what they say: April showers bring May flowers… Hopefully, if we can even make it to May.
The weather coming to Crane City is a bit turbulent, to say the least. Winds, rain, thunder, and lightning–hope you don’t startle easily. Strangely, Avis Isle will also be experiencing an Event that is rooted in a rather noisy dragon kicking up gusts and bringing storm clouds. What a coincidence!

The Event Domain is–the entire world of Duocaeli, turns out. If you’re the type of person who finds the online haven to be more comfortable than the modern comforts of Crane City, you’ll need to navigate yourself back to the guild town’s center, which just so happens to be in the eye of the hurricane.
A dragon has been roused from his slumber, and he’s not pleased about it. In fact, he seems very determined to eat the sun itself, starting with hiding it from view with quite the downpour. While Avis Isle has a rather flexible climate, it’s certainly not prepared for something of this scale. The rain is relentless, prompting flooding as rivers pour over their banks and the crops are at risk of getting swept away. Fighting the dragon is an option, maybe, but the local guilds have found a different ritual that could seal it away more permanently.
The ritual will weaken the dragon and seal it away, bringing back the sun and the sky, but characters who agree to proceed with it will lose one memory that informs their identity. They will, in essence, lose a part of who they are. This memory can be later regained, but will at least disappear for the remainder of the month–though ICly, characters will not know if it can ever come back. The more people agree to the ritual, the more likely it is to succeed… but are you willing to play those odds?
Characters may offer their soul gem to the dragon to increase odds of success–this will function as 2 votes rather than 1–but that character will experience a full amnesia arc for the rest of the month rather than lose one memory.
Alternatively, characters who are not so eager to lose parts of themselves can abandon the ritual and move to simply evacuate and rescue the people who are in immediate harm’s way of the dragon’s floods. Though as the rain continues to pour in Crane City with no signs of stopping, who’s to say that only Avisle will pay the consequences…
The Choice is Yours. Players must submit their Choice to this toplevel by Friday, April 14th at 3 PM PST/6 PM EST. For a Choice to count for IC consequences and rewards, players must submit a thread of at least 3 comments interacting with the Event Domain.
