AU Plotting Post Link: Here! Nothing's been too fleshed out besides being Kaito's rival/former friend and Hibiki's cousin, so I'm open to all kinds of ideas!

Plans: Getting acclimated since she only just arrived and all this modern tech is new to her! Having not been in a game in forever, my short terms plans for Rose are the usual helping others, possibly doing business things, and just sticking her nose into whatever might catch her interest.
Looking for:
- Friends: Rose makes for a good if teasing and demanding friend at times, and a horrible cooking companion! someone teach her about all these newfangled gadgets so she doesn't burn the place down, plz
- Negative/Rival CR: While Rose tends to default towards being amicable, I'd love some negative CR or the chance for her to let her assassin side come out and play sometime, even if it's just in a clash of ideals!
- Underworld Buddies: aka work friends or dodgy characters to get mixed up with. People to be members of her crew!
- Customers: If you prefer a modern twist with wacky flavors to your ramen, her shop's the way to go! add fuel to the ramen mafia wars

it'll probably become obvious that's the case when she fills the whole of Dodo's kitchens with smoke from one of her mishaps, haha... then Rose can make it up to her with special promotional items for Hibiki's music or such!
