HELLO. i was hoping to catch you bc i was very excited to see that declan and penny are suitemates! i fell off watching rwby a while ago but she was my fave. and declan here is deffo a member of the "only has one real friend and is a cheerful awkward nerd" club, and that one friend of his happens to be a robot so i feel like this was meant to be!!

he will be absolutely fascinated by her but also his heart will go out to her too. i want them to bond!! BUDDIES!!!
